There are 4 blocks of courses for each age group running through the 12 weeks from June – August 2009, each block lasting 3 weeks. Please tick the age group relevant to you.

 

JUNIORS’ COURSE DATES AND TIMES (under 18’s)
Please note the juniors’ course runs from 10am-1pm every day for the duration of their 3 weeks

 

COURSE 1: (DATE: Mon 1st June – Sat 20th June 2009) TIME: 10am-1pm.
Duration: 3 weeks.


COURSE 2: (DATE: Mon 22nd June – Sat 11th July 2009) TIME: 10am-1pm.
Duration 3 weeks.


COURSE 3: (DATE: Mon 13th July – Sat 1st August 2009)TIME: 10am-1pm.
Duration: 3 weeks.


COURSE 4: (DATE:Mon 3rd August–Sat 22nd August 2009)TIME:10am-1pm.
Duration: 3weeks.

 

SENIORS’ COURSE DATES AND TIMES (OVER 18’S)
Please note that the seniors’ course runs from 2pm-5pm every day for the duration of their 3 weeks.

COURSE 1: (DATE: Mon 1st June – Sat 20th June 2009) TIME: 2pm-5pm. Duration: 3 weeks

COURSE 2: (DATE: Mon 22nd June – Sat 11th July 2009) TIME: 2pm-5pm. Duration 3 weeks

COURSE 3: (DATE: Mon 13th July – Sat 1st August 2009) TIME: 2pm-5pm. Duration: 3 weeks

AUDITION INFORMATION

Auditions are being held every day from the 1st of May 2009 till the 13th of August. Please state below your preferred audition date. Please note it is very unlikely that you will be able to change your audition date after you have chosen one, so make sure you will definitely be available to audition for that day.

There are two age groups for the course, the Seniors (over 18’s) and the Juniors (under18’s). For your clarification anyone who turns 18 on the 1st of June will be on the over 18’s course. If you are not 18 on the 1st June, you will be on the under 18’s course.

FINANCIAL POLICIES
AUDITION FEE - GHC10 – The  audition fee is to be paid at the time of audition, so please bring the money with you to the audition or you will not be able to audition.

 

APPLICATION FORM FEE – GHC 10 – The Application form fee is to be paid at the time of audition. If the money is not received you will not be able to audition.

 

The Course Fee of GHC 100 must be paid in full in cash by the 13th August 2009.

REFUNDS - All fees are non-refundable.

 

The full application with all attachments MUST be received by our office by 12th August 2009 at 12pm via post.

 

 

Photography, Filming, and Database consent: Occasionally the youth theatre sessions may be recorded or photographed for monitoring and publicity purposes, and these photographs may be used in our publicity material and on the website. By presenting yourself at the audition and by attending the 3 week acting course and any future work with The K. Boateng Youth Theatre you agree to all the above.
